AI requests
Complex answers and media can take longer than ordinary pages. Keep the workspace open while a request is running; do not repeatedly submit the same request.
Sign-in
If a sign-in provider reports a temporary authorization failure, retry later or use the available email option. Your unsigned research remains usable.
When something fails
Retry once for a temporary network or service error. If it persists, use Report a problem and include the time, action, and message shown.
